Right out of the box I was able to set this up and print my labels for my jewelry Business. I ordered the clear transparent labels in addition to the ones that came with the printer.The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I had to calibrate it to center the image and it took five labels for me to get it right. Other than that it was excellent.

Great Machine. In 30 minutes of playing around with it you will be an expert at the software. The only draw back is I wish it was 300 dpi!!!!! when it comes to small tags the print quality suffers from the lower dpi. I hope they correct this soon will not hesitate to buy an upgraded model.
